We ship all orders on stock within 2 days. However, since all our pieces are handmade, production may take up to 4 weeks. If you require a specific item to arrive by a certain date, we kindly ask you to get in touch with our support before placing your order.

We ship from Germany and all shipments within the European Union are free of charge and taxes. Duties and taxes for international orders shipped outside of the EU are due upon delivery.

Unworn pieces are eligible for exchange or return up to 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. You can request returns directly from your Inacio account page.

Should you wish to make changes to a size or style more than 30 days after receipt, please contact our support and we will see what we can do. However, additional charges may apply.
